CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking experienced Leading Hand with concrete remediation experience to join our clients dynamic team across Darwin, NT. This role is looking for someone who can assist with local and away work. About the Role: Monday to Friday role or as project requires Temp to perm opportunity $60ph Flat Rate Own Work Ute for away work Working across various sites in Darwin & NT Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise work crew performing concrete repair tasks (e.g. chipping, patching, sealing, grouting). Plan daily tasks and allocate duties based on scope, drawings, and supervisor instructions. Interpret work drawings, scopes, and specs to ensure correct execution of repairs. Coordinate access, tools, and materials (grinders, jackhammers, repair mortars, epoxy, PPE). Ensure surface prep is done correctly (e.g. hydro-demolition, scabbling, rust removal, priming). Monitor quality of repair work – patching, crack injection, structural reinforcement, etc. Our Ideal Candidates: Proven experience in concrete repair or remedial construction (3–5 years preferred) Proven experience in painter/blasting and waterproofing Experience in a Leading Hand or similar supervisory role Strong knowledge of repair techniques (e.g. crack injection, epoxy mortar, spalling repair) Ability to read technical drawings and scopes of work White Card (essential) High Risk Work Licences, Confined Space, Working at Heights (desirable) Physically fit with a strong work ethic and safety-first mindset Ability to pass a pre employment medical and instant drug & alcohol Current clear police check (or willing to obtain) What We Offer: Permanent roles offering long-term job stability after probation.
